Physical Therapists Specializing in Pain Management and Treatment

The Center for Pain Management physical therapists are part of the multidisciplinary team approach to patient care. Physical therapy treatments are focused on managing pain and increasing functional capabilities. Our pain management physical therapists are skilled in helping patients find relief from pain associated with low back pain, sports injuries, joint and soft tissue injuries, workplace injuries, or repetitive stress injuries like carpal tunnel syndrome – just to name a few.

Kelli Gonzales is a graduate of Indiana University. Before joining the Center for Pain Management, she compiled 25 years of experience in acute, rehab, outpatient and skilled nursing care in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois and California. Kelli possesses a flexible approach to physical therapy and enjoys working within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.

Dionne Jewell is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis Krannert School of Physical Therapy. At the University, she earned both a bachelor of science degree in human biology and a master of science degree in physical therapy. Upon graduation, she worked as both a therapist and marketing representative, which allowed her to develop relationships in the medical community in addition to treating patients. Since graduation, Dionne has focused her skills in treating general orthopedics and sports medicine in addition to working as needed within a skilled nursing facility. Her strengths include exercise prescriptions, Mulligan mobilizations, positional release technique, myofascial release and soft tissue mobilizations.

Amy Rice is a physical therapist as well as the Administrator for the Center for Pain Management. She received a bachelor of science degree in biology and a bachelor of arts degree in music from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She also holds a master of science degree in physical therapy and enjoys taking a break from her daily management tasks to work hands-on with patients whenever possible. Amy has been involved with pain center administration since 1995 and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pain Management.
