Alina Clavijo, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist at the Center for Pain Management. She provides psychological screening and services to patients being treated for chronic and acute pain conditions. This includes evaluations and surgical clearances for interventional medical procedures such as neuromodulation (spinal cord stimulators), intrathecal pump implants, nerve blocks and injections. Dr. Alina Clavijo also provides patients with psychological services for stress management, depression treatment, anxiety treatment and relaxation techniques.

Her work includes psychotherapy with a broad cross section of adults, adolescents, geriatric populations and families. Additionally, she specializes in psychological assessments, diagnostics and treatment of Hispanic and Latino patients.
